Mental Health and Me 999 is proud to work alongside OB Insights, founded by Professor Jim Morgan of Leeds Beckett University.

OB Insights specialises in organisational psychology, psychosocial safety, leadership development, and evidence-based workplace wellbeing strategies. Their work helps organisations better understand the human factors that influence safety, performance, communication, and culture within high-pressure environments.
